Immediately After: Absorb
Gently blot the brow area with a dampened, clean, lint-free napkin/paper towel to gently blot/dab excess lymph fluid.
Removing this fluid is crucial as it will prevent hardening of the lymphatic fluid and form a large scab too quickly.
-
Days 2-14: Wash & Clean
Wash eyebrow area daily (morning & night) to remove build up of oils, bacteria and dead skin
Using a gentle, unscented cleanser like Cetaphil, wash the eyebrow area lightly for 10 seconds. Rinse thoroughly with cool water.
Always use clean tissue & only pat the area to dry.
Do not use any exfoliants or cleansing products containing acids (glycolic, lactic or AHA)
When bathing, avoid really hot temperatures. Carefully wash your hair and avoid getting eyebrows wet in the shower.
-
Days 3-14: Keep Dry & Moisturize
Starting on Day 3, use the provided ointment on clean & dry eyebrows
Using a clean cotton swab, gently dab a rice-grain-size amount per brow. Be sure not to over-apply as this will suffocate the skin and delay healing. Ointment should be barely noticeable on skin.
Never put ointment on wet or damp skin.
After cleansing & moisturizing, keep eyebrows dry & clean at all times
Keep your hands clean and away from the area to avoid infection
If dryness is still bothersome despite applying ointment, add moisturizer only around the brows
Do not touch, scratch, rub or pick your brows
